Why Wiki

The concept of a Wiki was developed as part of a computer programming research project called the Portland Pattern Repository. A Wiki is a collaborative website which can be edited by anyone. Some of the best known examples can be found at WikiMedia And it's true - anyone can edit pages, just sign up and start contributing. All I ask is that you follow the RulesForEditing - which can be summarised as keep to the structure and write decent English.

Why the ads? I get a few cents everytime someone clicks throught the ads in the sidebar. It costs me about £100 a year to run this site, and this helps me recover a small portion of that.
